The study was aimed at examining cultural differences in malleability, feedback and skill variety among Nigerian workers. Data were collected by the relevant scales of the work Opinion Survey designed by Mendonca & Kanugo (1994) from 521 employees drawn from the three major ethnic groups in Nigeria. Analyzing that data with the One- way ANOVA, showed significant differences among the three ethnic groups in feedback at (p <.01) and not in malleability and skill variety respectively. The results have implications for learning about how organizational systems can be developed to respond positively to the changing conditions of society.
